Best Way To Look Smart By Simple Tips


1)Daily in the morning before break fast have any of 4 dry fruits by doing this you can see lot of glow in the face just in 15-20 days of time.






2 Do Simple was we use do in the school like rotating hands,neck if you good body try 20 Push ups per day and increase gradually 50 in one month and 100 in 3 months by doing this your muscles,shoulders and chest will look decent enough you can wear nice T-shirts for parties.

3 Do have more break fast in the morning before 9 am.If your stomach is full have very little bit more which increase to energy and resistance.





4) Try to walk where ever possible in routine life avoid driving for small distance





5.Have your lunch on time i.e between 12-1 that will boost your energy which will make you fit & energetic whole day.



6. Have a snacks in the evening chit charting with the friend better to have natural snacks like corns instead of Oil foods.By having natural food vitamins deficiency will be covered in short span of time.


If you do all the above in proper and systematic manner you can see lot of difference on your health perspective.
